How the process works

No portal account needed. Your Discord identity is the only thing we need.

Sign in with Discord
We read your Discord username and ID only. No DMs, no server access, nothing else. This is purely to verify who you are.

Submit your appeal
Fill out a short form — tell us why you were banned and why you should be unbanned. Be honest and specific. This is your first impression.

Staff opens your case
A KSI staff member picks up your case from the queue and opens a live chat with you here on this page. You'll be able to see messages in real time.

Verdict is issued
Staff issues a decision — upheld (ban stays) or overturned (ban lifted). The case closes immediately and the verdict is final.
Before you submit
  • You may only have one open appeal at a time.
  • Staff read everything — honesty goes further than excuses.
  • All verdicts are final. Frivolous appeals may extend your ban.
  • Once your case closes, the chat transcript stays readable for 24 hours, then is archived.
